We Clean Every Surface Safely & Correctly.
Not all driveways are built the same. Blasting a delicate resin driveway with the same pressure used on solid concrete is a recipe for disaster. We are trained exterior surface restorers, and we tailor our water pressure, heat, and biocide treatments specifically to the material of your property.
Block Paving
Block paving looks fantastic when new, but the sandy joints are a magnet for weeds and thick moss. We use a flat-surface cleaner to extract the organic growth from the joints safely. Once the paving is bone dry, we brush in fresh kiln-dried sand to lock the blocks back tightly into place.
Indian Sandstone
Beautiful but highly porous, Indian Sandstone is notorious in Ashton for attracting 'black spot' lichen. A standard domestic jet wash will only damage the stone without killing the lichen. We apply a specialist biocide wash that melts away the black spots, restoring the natural, vibrant colours safely.
Resin Bound Driveways
Resin requires a very gentle touch. Hitting resin with industrial high pressure can easily dislodge the aggregate stones, destroying the driveway. We turn the pressure right down and rely on high water flow and eco-friendly detergents to lift the dirt out of the gaps smoothly.
Tarmac & Asphalt
Over time, the tar binder in tarmac becomes brittle, and the surface fills with green moss. We use a wide-diameter rotary surface cleaner specifically calibrated to skim away the moss and dirt without ripping out chunks of the underlying tarmac.
Imprinted Concrete
Imprinted concrete requires careful maintenance to protect its surface seal. We use controlled rotary cleaning to lift ingrained dirt and algae safely. We can also advise on restorative sealants to bring back that deep, glossy finish and protect it from frost damage.
Porcelain Patios
Modern porcelain patios are stunning but quickly show up dirt, watermarks, and algae. We use specialist non-abrasive treatments and balanced pressure to lift organic matter without scratching the delicate glaze, leaving your contemporary outdoor space looking flawless.
Why Ashton Driveways Get So Dirty.
If you live in Ashton-under-Lyne, you know our weather well. The constant cycle of damp Pennine rain followed by short bursts of sunshine creates the perfect breeding ground for organic growth. Whether your home is heavily shaded by trees in Hurst or exposed to the elements in Guide Bridge, algae, moss, and lichen thrive on our local driveways and patios.
A slippery, green patio isn't just an eyesore—it is a genuine slip hazard for you and your visitors. Furthermore, weeds left to grow rampant in block paving joints will eventually push the blocks apart, leading to an expensive relaying job. Our professional cleaning stops this decay in its tracks, immediately boosting your home's kerb appeal and making your outdoor spaces safe to enjoy again.

Pressure Washing Expertise.
Will the weeds grow back immediately?
Nature always finds a way eventually, but we slow it down significantly. By extracting the roots thoroughly and applying a fungicidal wash, we eliminate the spores. Sweeping kiln-dried sand tightly into block paving joints also forms a barrier that makes it very hard for new weed seeds to take hold.
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
Oil is incredibly tough once it has seeped deeply into porous stone or concrete. We use heavy-duty industrial degreasers and hot spots of pressure to lift and fade the oil significantly. While we can't always promise 100% removal of ancient stains, we will dramatically improve how they look.
Do you need to hook up to my outside tap?
Yes, our industrial machinery requires a constant, steady flow of water to operate efficiently. We carry long, professional-grade hoses, so we just need access to your standard external garden tap.
